We manage the design projects from ideas to the complete development process
We compares the concept design drawings with the design brief and develops the technical detail for the project with the project team. Detailed drawings and specifications are prepared for the builder. The drawings are lodged to obtain local authority building approval.
We talk with the client about their expectations, project requirements and budget, and then we synthesize information into the design brief. We analyse the design brief and the building site conditions, and determines the best location and orientation. We develop ideas through rough plans, sketches and models. These ideas are brought together into concept design drawings.
We estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. We provide technical advice to industrial or managerial personnel regarding design, construction, or program modifications or structural repairs.
We analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, or other topographical or geologic data to provide you the best way to use the land and resources.
We draw everything, from simple diagrams to show relationships between spaces and activities to complete detailed working drawings showing every last detail. In addition to business correspondence and administrative paperwork, we prepare written documentation of our projects, present analysis, write material for reports and presentations.
We are able to prepare construction and office budgets. We are able to understand structural analysis, heat loads, electrical distribution and traffic flow.
